Bring something small from your week — a text, a grocery list, a stray sentence someone said to you. We’ll turn it into a painting, then turn the painting back into words. No painting or writing experience needed. Just bring a scrap and an open hand.
This is a two-part workshop: first we paint intuitively, letting go of “getting it right.” Then we write, using the painting as material and your original fragment as a seed. You’ll leave with a small painting and a poem — or at least the start of one.
